福爾斯特F383E玻璃直線直邊磨邊機(jī)（14磨頭） 機(jī)器簡(jiǎn)介 1．該機(jī)用于平板玻璃直線平底邊以及前后倒角的磨削和拋光。 2．傳送帶采用滾動(dòng)軸承結(jié)構(gòu)，每件夾板分別安裝我公司為機(jī)器專門定制的3種型號(hào)共5個(gè)軸承，分別為承重軸承，導(dǎo)向軸承和扣簧軸承，使玻璃的傳送加工更加平穩(wěn)，保證玻璃底邊及棱邊的加工精度。 3.拋光系統(tǒng)采用氣動(dòng)和手動(dòng)雙機(jī)構(gòu)，工作性能穩(wěn)定.可在本機(jī)上自磨后傳送板，使之長久保持高精度。 4.分別裝有自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)的供油系統(tǒng)能使整機(jī)保持在良好的潤滑條件下工作，運(yùn)行更穩(wěn)定。 5．電器控制系統(tǒng)采用高端進(jìn)口電器元件，運(yùn)用PLC進(jìn)行手動(dòng)和制動(dòng)控制，人機(jī)界面可顯示被加工玻璃的厚度及傳送速度等加工參數(shù)。 1.The machine is suitable for grinding and polishing of flat glass as well as front-rear arris rough and fine grinding. 2. The conveyor belt rolling bearing structure, per piece splint separately install 3 types altogether 5 bearings which our company specially custom-bulit for this machine，Are load bearing, oriented bearing and buckle spring bearing,which makes glass conveyor more stable,and keep processing accuracy in bottom edge and arris.  3.
