福爾斯特F252E玻璃直線直邊磨邊機(jī)（9磨頭） 機(jī)器簡介 該機(jī)型用于平板玻璃直線平底邊的磨削和拋光，以及前后倒角的粗精磨。傳送帶采用滾動軸承結(jié)構(gòu)，使玻璃的傳送更加平穩(wěn)，保證玻璃底邊及棱邊的加工精度。拋光系統(tǒng)采用氣動和手動雙機(jī)構(gòu)，工作性能穩(wěn)定?？稍诒緳C(jī)上自磨后傳送板，使之長久保持高精度。分別裝有自動和手動供油系統(tǒng)，使整機(jī)能在良好的潤滑條件下工作，運行更穩(wěn)定。電器控制系統(tǒng)采用進(jìn)口電器元件，運用PLC進(jìn)行自動和手動控制，人機(jī)界面顯示被加工玻璃的厚度及傳送速度。 The machine is suitable for grinding and polishing of flat glass as well as front -rear arris rough and fine grinding. Conveyor belt adopts roll bearing structure, which makes glass conveyor more stable, and keep processing accuracy in bottom edge and arris. Polishing applies pneumatic and manual double system, which has more stable performance. The machine can grind rear conveyor plate by itself to keep high accuracy for long life. Auto and manual oil supply system are equipped to guarantee machine working under a good lubrication condition to increase stability. Cleaner be mounted on front and rear guide rail, which clean front and rear conveyor plate in grinding process.
